Troubleshooting Steps
  • Wi-Fi and/or cellular data issues may prevent the app from loading.
  • Use the steps below to troubleshoot connectivity issues.

  1. Check the device connection.

    • If using Wi-Fi and the connection is weak, switch to mobile data.

    • If using mobile data and the connection is weak, switch to Wi-Fi.

  2. Force close the app and reopen it.

  3. Restart the device.

  4. Check the device and app for available updates.

  5. Clear the app cache and data.

  6. Restart the modem or router.

  7. Reupload photos if experiencing issues with uploading photos in the app.

  8. Visit the mobile browser Help Center for our hours of operation or for further assistance.
