Here Are The Details
  1. Tap the "Forgot Password" link on the app sign in page.
  2. Enter email address and Tap "Send Reset Email." 
    • An email will be sent with a reset link to create a new password.
    • If access is no longer available to the email address associated with your Shutterfly account, please contact customer service for further assistance.
